Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using StudyIsle's website, booking any session or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These terms apply to all users — students, parents, guardians and visitors. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

StudyIsle provides the following services:

• Free Study Material: Chapter notes, NCERT solutions, MCQs, past papers and mock tests available free of charge.
• Live Online Classes: Interactive live classes for CBSE, ICSE, JEE, NEET and other boards.
• IB & IGCSE Online Tuition: Personalised 1-on-1 sessions for international board students including IA, EE and TOK support.
• Career Counselling: Free 1-on-1 sessions with a Certified Career Analyst for stream, college and career guidance.
• Test Series & AI Reports: Mock tests with AI-powered performance analysis.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a session.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to misuse free session offers.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store payment card details.
• Access to paid services begins upon successful payment confirmation.
• Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual as selected).
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected mid-cycle.

DEMO CLASSES (IB/IGCSE TUITION)

• Each student is entitled to one free demo class per subject.
• Demo sessions are 45 minutes in duration.
• Slots are confirmed via WhatsApp within 2 hours of booking.
• Please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours in advance if you cannot attend.

CAREER COUNSELLING SESSIONS

• Free counselling sessions are 45 minutes and conducted via video call.
• One free session per student. Additional sessions may be offered at our discretion.
• Guidance provided is advisory in nature. StudyIsle is not liable for outcomes based on counselling advice.

PAID TUITION SESSIONS

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.
• Technical issues on the student's end (poor internet, device failure) do not entitle a refund unless agreed upon case by case.

All content on the StudyIsle platform — including study notes, videos, test questions, reports and course materials — is the intellectual property of StudyIsle Education Pvt. Ltd.

• You may use content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
• Recording or sharing live class sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse or disrespect tutors, counsellors or other users
• Share your account access or login credentials with others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or interfere with our platform
• Upload or share harmful, offensive or copyrighted content
• Misrepresent your identity or academic credentials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyIsle shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services
• Academic results or exam performance
• Outcomes of career or college counselling decisions
• Technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control (internet outages, platform downtime)

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to StudyIsle at any time if:

• You breach any of these Terms & Conditions
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity on your account
• You fail to make payment for paid services

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at islestudy@gmail.com. Refunds upon cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably before taking legal action.
